Where do I get a retrieval code?
Codes are generated on the Send page when someone shares text, an image, or a file. They'll pass that 6-character code along to you.
What happens if my code has expired?
Expired codes can no longer retrieve content, since the underlying file or text is permanently deleted after expiry. Ask the sender to create a new one.
Can I retrieve content on a different device than it was sent from?
Yes. Retrieval works from any device or browser — just enter the code, no matter where the content originated.
